My Story
I am Mohsin Raza, an Amazon Brand Manager and growth strategist based in Pakistan, serving Amazon brands globally. Since 2021, I have worked hands-on with Amazon accounts across advertising, listings, launches, compliance, inventory, reporting, and business strategy.
My background is in finance - I hold an MSc in Finance, which shapes how I approach Amazon growth. Every decision I make is filtered through profitability. Revenue growth that does not translate into profit is not real growth. This financial lens sets my work apart from most Amazon service providers who focus on surface metrics like sales volume or ACOS in isolation.
I started working on Amazon helping sellers manage PPC campaigns and quickly realized that advertising cannot be optimized in a vacuum. A high ACOS might be a bidding problem, but it is often a listing problem, a pricing problem, or an inventory problem showing up in the ad data. This realization led me to build a practice that connects all the dots - PPC, SEO, catalog health, account compliance, inventory planning, and profitability analysis - into a single, coherent growth system.
What I Have Built
Over the past several years, I have managed over $800,000 in Amazon PPC spend across multiple brands and categories. I have worked with more than 200 SKUs, supported account launches and reinstatements, and contributed to over $3 million in revenue impact across the brands I have partnered with. I have handled everything from day-to-day campaign optimization to full account restructuring, product launches, suspension appeals, and profitability reviews.
My experience spans Amazon US, UK, Canada, and other marketplaces. I have worked across categories including Home & Kitchen, Health & Household, Tools & Home Improvement, Beauty, Sports & Outdoors, and more. This breadth gives me the ability to recognize patterns across categories and apply proven frameworks to new situations.
My Approach
I believe in three principles that guide every engagement:
Profit-first thinking. Every recommendation I make is evaluated against its impact on real profitability - not just revenue, not just ACOS, but actual margin after all costs. If a strategy generates sales but destroys margin, it is not a strategy worth pursuing.
Full-account understanding. Amazon growth is a system, not a collection of isolated tactics. PPC affects ranking, ranking affects organic sales, listing quality affects conversion, conversion affects PPC efficiency, inventory affects all of them. I connect these elements so every decision supports the whole system.
Practical execution. I do not just deliver strategy documents and walk away. I execute, track, and improve the work. Weekly reporting, clear communication, and hands-on management mean you always know what is happening, why, and what comes next.
