These Terms of Use apply to your use of adaptoidecommerce.com (the “website”). The website is operated by Adaptoid E-Commerce, an independent Amazon and e-commerce consulting brand operated by Mohsin Raza, an independent consultant. “We” and “us” refer to Adaptoid E-Commerce.

By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Our consulting services

The website describes the services we offer. Any consulting work is provided only under a separate written agreement or proposal that sets out the scope, fees and responsibilities. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies to the services.

Sending an enquiry, booking a consultation or receiving a reply does not create a client relationship or an obligation for either side to enter into one.

Examples, sample reports and figures marked as illustrative are for explanation only. They are not results we achieved for any client.

Using the free tools

The free PPC tools are provided without charge and without warranty, for information only.

They run in your own browser. Files you open are read on your device and are never uploaded to us. Their output is analysis, not advice, and depends entirely on the accuracy of the data you supply. Review any change carefully before applying it to a live advertising account; you remain responsible for decisions made about your own account. We may change or withdraw the tools at any time.
